If you shop for e-bikes online, there is a wide array of bikes to choose from, and it can be overwhelming. Not only that, but when you order online, most bikes must be assembled, and a lot of parts can move in shipping. What happens if it's damaged? These are all scenarios that we have helped customers with when they purchased a bike elsewhere.

But - don't fret if you've already bought a bike online. While it may be hard to find a dealer who will help you out, we are here! Often, dealers will only work on bikes bought from them. Even if they will work on bikes bought elsewhere, your bike may take a backseat to the customers who bought from that dealer. Not at CSM Power Bikes. We want to help people, not exclude them. So no matter the brand, we are here for you. We have helped people with things as simple as a flat tire, to as complex as helping repair damage done in shipping.
One such customer brought their online bike to us, after the company just sent them a replacement part when the bike got damaged in shipment. The problem is that bike was bent in the frame as well as the broken fork. Instead of doing an expensive repair, we did full photographic evidence so that he could get the company to replace the bike or take the return.
